The River Delta Fire District is pleased to offer the use of the training facility / conference room to non-profit organizations in our community for official business purposes only.  Please keep in mind that the District shall have priority for conference room usage and, if necessary, the District may cancel any room reservation should a conflict with District needs arise.  Alcohol and smoking are prohibited.  In order to avoid monopolization, the room will not be reserved on a regular, ongoing basis by any one organization; usage is limited to two times per calendar year. Scheduling will be made no earlier than 60 days prior to the meeting date.
 

Groups using the rooms shall be responsible for set up and clean up. Please vacate the premises by the time indicated on the reservation and no later than 9:30 p.m. Except for the meeting room and public restrooms, the remainder of the Station is off-limits to attendees. A security deposit of $50 is required.
